10 Most Dangerous Cars

Modern cars are much safer than before. This may be because auto makers have learned from their mistakes before. Here are 10 of the most dangerous cars.

1. Ford Bronco II

Ford Bronco II
Found On LOLWOT
It seems like any car made by Ford with the II at the end is absolute garbage. One great example is the Ford Bronco II. It was intended to be a rugged and agile SUV. It has a similar issue to the car in the number 4 spot, the Suzuki Samurai. The Ford Bronco II was very top heavy. It also had a very faulty suspension made during the time when Ford wasn't at its best. With these 2 factors, the Ford Bronco II was very prone to rollover resulting in many deaths.

2. Chevrolet Covair

Chevrolet Corvair
Found on LOLWOT
The Chevrolet Corvair is a rear engine car. Today, rear wheel drive cars are much safer. However, back in the day, the Corvair was infamous for having spin outs and crashing. What didn't help is that Chevrolet decided not to spend a few dollars to make the rear axle more manageable. This was a bad choice once again made by the money driven executives of General Motors. What really didn't help is that Corvair wasn't safe for a collision. Ralph Nader called the Cheverlot Corvair unsafe at any speed. The Corvair had some classic GM quality issues that could be deadly such as the lovely heating system that would pump noxious fumes into the cabin.

3. Yugo GV

Yugo GV
Found on LOLWOT
The Yugo GV is the butt of many car jokes because it is terrible in every possible way except for being a cheap piece of garbage. The Yugo started at around 4,000 dollars when it was brand new. If you thought the Mazda MX-5 was light, then the Yugo compared to it is a feather. This may be the reason why a woman found her Yugo blown off a bridge when a 55 mph gust hit Michigan. The Yugo was a very poorly built car made from cheap materials, so safety wasn't exactly outstanding.

4. Suzuki Samurai

Suzuki Samurai SJ410 photographed in Sérres, Greece.jpg
Suzuki Samurai
By Sermac.gr
The Suzuki Samurai is one of the best offroaders ever. The reason why it is so good is because it is just like a Jeep Wrangler. It is a basic offroader that is reliable, tough, and compact. Its advantage over Jeeps is the tiny size. However, due to it's tall and skinny shape, this thing is prone to roll over. Anyone who made aggressive lane changes and sharp u-turns often found themselves on the side regretting their decisions to try to cut off that 1996 Honda Civic.

5. Ford Pinto

Ford Pinto.jpg
Ford Pinto
By Morven
The Ford Pinto is an infamous car. Anyone who rear ends it will cause a fire. The reason is because of the stupid design. The fuel tank is too close to the weak bumper. This means when someone rear ends a Pinto, the gas tank may start leaking. The only thing it needs now is an ignition that will make the Ford Pinto into a scene from a Micheal Bay movie. Weak bumpers and vulnerable structure is also part of the problem. The only way for the Pinto to not catch on fire is to bolt on a highway barrier to the back of this horrible example of Ford in the 70s.

6. Chinese Cars

Some Chinese Car
Found on LOLWOT
Many Chinese cars are terribly unsafe. There are so many of them that I just put it into one category. Chinese cars are very poorly made vehicles. The materials used are not sufficient to provide proper protection of the occupants inside the car. Many Chinese cars get crushed like a tin can. This means that there is no space for the occupant to survive. There is a bright side to this though and that is that they are still improving so there is hope that they will be safer and better.

7. Audi 5000

Audi 5000
Found on LOLWOT
Audi is now known as a brand that makes some of the finest luxury cars. However, that wasn't always what they was known for. The Audi 5000 is the perfect example of Audi's reputation in the 80s. The car would all of a sudden lurch forward without being asked to. This caused a lot of surprise and panic in drivers sitting at a red light. Audi denied that it was serious enough to cause accidents. However, this fault caused 1,000 accidents and 6 deaths.

8. Hyundai Pony

Hyundai Pony
Found on LOLWOT
The Hyundai Pony is an example of what Hyundai used to be and how much they have come along. This Hyundai is very poorly built. Like the Chinese cars and the Yugo mentioned earlier, the Hyundai Pony used cheap materials. These materials made it so that there is barely any crash protection. It means that if someone drives a Hyundai Pony and gets into an accident, they are likely going to be seriously injured unless some miracle happens. This piece of junk crumples up like when someone stamps on a Pepsi can after they are done drinking it.

9. Pontiac Fiero

Pontiac Fiero
Found on LOLWOT
The Pontiac Fiero should have been could the Pontiac Fireo. It may have passed all the safety tests conducted, but it still was considered dangerous because it liked to catch on fire. If the car was low on oil, it may cause a rod to break leaking oil. The oil may come into contact with engine parts. The oil would catch fire if it touched a hot exhaust manifold or hot exhaust components. This major design flaw set 260 Fieros ablaze. Luckily, no one was killed.

10. Cheverlot Cobalt

Cheverlot Cobalt
By Car and Driver
The Chevrolet Cobalt is an infamous example of old General Motor's level of care for customers. The Chevrolet Cobalt was recalled multiple times and was a subject of one of the most infamous car scandals. The first recall was because of the headlight shield that could cause glare in oncoming traffic. The next recall was because the car didn't pass the side impact safety test, so GM bolted some plastics on. The next recall was a faulty clip in the automatic transmission that would allow the car to roll away in Park. Then, GM recalled the Cobalt for a faulty fuel pump that could cause the car to burst on fire. After that, GM recalled the Cobalt AGAIN for a faulty power steering system that makes the car harder to turn at low speeds. In 2012, the Cobalt was unsurprisingly recalled once again for the fuel pump. It is as if they never fixed it. Then in 2014, the Cobalt was recalled unsurprisingly ONCE AGAIN for the faulty ignition switches issue that would cause the car to go into accessory mode. I truly wonder what is next for this dangerous car.

5 Things That You Should Never Do To Your Car That You Probably Do

In America, the car is a necessity. Instead of public transport, cars are the main form of transport. Being the main form of transportation, people do things to their car that just makes their car cry. Here are 5 things you should never do to your car.

1. Immediately Driving After The Car Starts

Car
Immediately driving after the car starts is something I am sure that you do everyday. However, doing this could cause premature wear to the engine. Cars are expensive. Causing premature wear to the engine is something that could cost you a lot more money in the future. The reason why this happens is because of the oil. It takes about 10 to 15 seconds on a new car and 20 seconds on an older car in order for the oil to get to the critical places. Just wait 15 to 20 seconds and you would drive off knowing that you are not causing premature wear that could be easily avoided with patience.

2. Not Warming The Car Up

Warming the car up is key to making sure the car runs right. However despite knowing this, some people still push their car when it isn't at proper operation. When a car is pushed and it is not at operating temperature, the oil is stripped away from the cylinders and pistons therefore causing a damage. The best way to make sure the car runs right is to warm it up by driving it with low revs and low throttle. That way the engine isn't being pushed and the fuel to air ratio goes back to normal after about 20 minutes.

3. Putting In The Wrong Recommended Fuel

Many people have a belief that if you put premium gas into a car that is supposed to run on regular gas that the car will have better fuel economy and better power. However, that is not true. If a car is supposed to run on regular, put regular in. There is not benefit with premium. It is just more expensive. If the car is recommended to use premium, then use premium. Only in a car that recommends premium fuel is when the car gives more power and better gas mileage on premium.

4. Not Reading The Owner's Manual

File:1983 Chrysler Town & Country station wagon at 2015 Macungie show 5of5.jpg
Owner's Manual
By CZmarlin
People often don't read the owner's manual. This is a terrible mistake. The owner's manual contains everything you need to know about the car in order to make sure it runs right. The owner's manual contains all the fuses that should be used, all the different fluid types, when to change the fluids, how to use the infotainment system, how to install some simple accessories correctly, ect. All this information is key to making sure that the car runs right and that you are safe.

5. Not Inspecting It Often Enough

Inspecting your car is a big deal. It could save your life and could also save you from a ticket. It takes literally 5 minutes to make sure your car is running like it is supposed to. Check the lights and the hazards to make sure that they are working. They could save your life and could save you from an unnecessary ticket. Inspecting your tire is a great way to know if the tires are good and if you need new ones. Simple fluid checks make sure that all the fluids are in tip top shape. These things could help make sure your car runs better and lasts longer.

Should Tesla Be Blamed For Autopilot Accidents?

There is a hot topic roaming about in the automotive industry. The once Tesla drivers who liked their Teslas before they went into a tree are blaming the company for their issues. However, should Tesla be blamed for their cars having accidents?

File:Elbilfestival i Geiranger two Tesla Model S electric cars.jpg
Tesla Model S
By elbiforeningen
Tesla should be responsible for their cars. After all, they are the ones who manufactured them. However, not all of it is Tesla's fault. In this article, I will be talking about the Tesla autopilot situation and how it is both the company's fault and could be the consumer's fault in some cases.

File:Tesla Model X vin0002 trimmed.jpg
Tesla Model X
By Steve Jurvetson
Tesla should have the majority of the blame. They falsely advertised the autopilot feature. They claimed it would help make things easier and safer when no one else has released this technology. The closest thing to Tesla's autopilot is Stop and Go, which basically is the car moving in a straight line on its own, found in stuff like the Volvo XC90 and the BMW i3. Tesla releasing exclusive items for the current time like Lane Changing and Autopark. This Tesla a desirable brand to buy along with the autopilot. However, because it isn't safe due to all the bugs and other issues with the hardware. Another concern is that Tesla isn't reliable. There have been many problems with their cars and there are more to come. Some Model X owners have experienced door problems. The autopilot falls into the category of unreliable Tesla features.

Tesla Model S
By Mr.choppers
The driver of the vehicle also takes some fault in some cases. Firstly, even in autopilot, the driver should still be paying attention to the road in case things go wrong. The driver should keep their hands on the steering wheel when the vehicle is in autopilot, so in case the autopilot is about drive into a BMW, the driver could prevent it. When the vehicle is in autopilot, the driver cannot be doing their nails or watching a movie, like Joshua Brown, who's car went under an 18 wheeler and was believed to be watching a movie when it happened. Tesla drivers still need to still be paying attention. If the drivers of the Teslas had been paying more attention to the road, then the accidents may have been preventable. However, some accidents that happen with the autopilot may be inevitable.

Tesla Model X and Tesla Model 3
By Steve Jurvetson
Some of these accidents that happen are avoidable. Before software updates happen, Tesla should do some hardware upgrades like the sensors to help them detect more obstacles and pedestrians. Tesla also needs to start working on the bugs in the software for autopilot. One way to prevent another accident  is by training the driver. Tesla should create a training course for the Tesla drivers who have the feature. That way, the drivers know the limitations and don't push the car too far.

4 Greatest Modern Car Scandals

Car scandals happen here and there as recalls are always being issued. However, some scandals are quite great and involve millions of vehicles and death. Here are 5 of the greatest car scandals.

1. The GM Ignition Recall

File:2005 Chevy Cobalt LS.JPG
Chevrolet Cobalt
GM is infamous for scandals inside the car market. The GM Ignition Recall is a great example. The Chevrolet Cobalt already had a lot of problems. It failed safety tests and was recalled. The steering rack had problems leading to 1.3 million Cobalts being recalled. Then, came the great recall. There were 2.6 million recalls involving Cobalt and 5 other GM vehicles which consist of the Chevrolet HHR, Pontiac Solstice, Pontiac G5, and Saturn Ion. The 2006 and later models had a new part with a pin that is slightly thicker than the old faulty one. However, it had the same serial number in an attempt to hide the ignition change. GM never recalled the older Cobalts to save money and no one ever knew about the deadly possibilities of the Cobalt. If the ignition switch position is moved to the accessory position, the airbags don't work, power steering is dead, and the anti-lock brakes don't work. These three features are key to driving safely. The past seemed to be buried until someone's Cobalt stalled and crashed into an SUV. The Cobalt driver is dead. The father of the Cobalt driver sent the Cobalt to a trusted mechanic. The mechanic found out that the ignition was far to easy to turn from the on position to the accessory position. He called up the lawyer representing the family of the dead Cobalt driver telling him about the ignition switch and how that there was a change and that GM knew about the issue and the change. That is when the world knew about the shady GM ignition switch. After the world knew about the ignition switch default, millions of GM cars were recalled. GM is under a lot of fire for this scandal. A 10 billion dollar civilian lawsuit is being fired against the company, and the death toll of the 57 cent pin in the ignition is 90 people. If GM had taken care of the issue as it should have, then it would not have added another scandal to its name.

2. Takata Airbags

Takata Airbags
By Bill Pugliano/ Getty Images
The Takata Airbags scandal is still relatively recent. Passengers in vehicles equipped with Takata Airbags may have the airbags explode with excess force shoot chemicals and shrapnel in their faces leading to potentially deadly consequences. However, the airbags will explode only if they have been exposed to moisture. The Takata Airbag recall involves at least 17 million vehicles made between 2000 and 2008 made by 10 different manufactures. These 10 manufactures have been working on fixing the recall. There are many resources online to see if your car is affected, so take those steps to make sure you are safe. The New York Times exposed Honda and Takata for knowing about this deadly flaw. Honda has been charged 10 million dollars and Takata has been fined 14,000 dollars for not cooperating with the investigation.

3. Dieselgate

Volkswagen Golf
By Celica21gtfour
Dieselgate is another example of why I generally want to avoid Volkswagen. Volkswagen cheated the emissions test leading to this great scandal. When the TDI models were being tested by the EPA, there is a piece of software that tricks the emissions equipment to believe that the amount of pollution being produced is below the limit. However, a study conducted at West Virginia University found that the 2.0 liter turbocharged diesel engine found in the Volkswagen Jetta, Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen, Volkswagen Golf, Volkswagen Golf SportWagen, Volkswagen Beetle, and Audi A3 were producing nearly 40 times the nitrogen oxide limit. The 3.0 liter TDI engine found in the Volkswagen Passat, Volkswagen Touareg, Audi A6, Audi A7, Audi A8, Audi Q5, Audi Q7, and Porsche Cayenne produced 15 times the legal limit. Volkswagen is facing 10 billion dollars worth of fines and what not. Volkswagen offered a buy back for the vehicles with the 2.0 TDI engine. Customers with the 3.0 TDI engine will not be offered a buy back as of right now because Volkswagen wants to fix the emissions problem even though they are miserably failing. Dieselgate shows what type of shady company the Volkswagen Group is. Volkswagen tried to make things up by offering a 500 dollar prepaid Visa car, a 500 dollar Volkswagen dealer car, and no charge roadside assistance for three years. However, despite their bribery attempt, I am sure not many TDI customers will be returning to the Volkswagen group anytime soon.

4. Toyota Unintended Acceleration Problem

Lexus ES350
By Lexus
Toyota is known as a company that makes cars that are reliable. However, like every other car company, they have their scandals. In 2012 after years of denying that their cars have a deadly problem, Toyota finally payed 1.2 billion dollars to the United States Government to avoid prosecution. The problem is that the throttle will be caught by the floor mats meaning that the vehicle will accelerate in a sudden and quick manner. It also means that you cannot stop the car meaning that you are likely screwed if the car starts randomly accelerating. One of the most popular selling cars in America, the Toyota Camry, first came under fire when an audio recorded from a 911 call of a CHP officer was released showing that the Lexus ES he was in, which is similar to the Camry, started accelerating unintentionally. Eventually the Lexus crashed and killed all 4 occupants inside. After years of denying this issue, Toyota finally recalled 3.8 million cars to fix the recall. Those cars included the Toyota Avalon, Camry, Prius, Tundra, Tacoma, Lexus IS250/350, and Lexus ES350. The recall shortened the pedals by 3/4 of an inch and added an engine software modification that would cut the engine if the brakes and throttle were pressed simultaneously. These new features bury the great scandal that erupted.

Top 10 Best Driver's Cars Under 50K

Driver's cars under 50K are everywhere. This list highlights some of the best driver's cars under 50,000 dollars.

1. Audi S4

Audi S4
By Car and Driver
The Audi S4 looks like any old Audi A4 as it shares many exterior features. However, it is not. There is a supercharged V6 that makes 333 horsepower. Pair that supercharged motor to AWD and you have a family sedan that hits 60 miles per hour in around 4 seconds. The Audi S4 is a classic distinct Audi S model. It is powerful, 4 wheel drive, quick, fun to drive, and fast. It also looks like a normal Audi, so it is a proper sleeper car that is a blast do drive.

2. Mini Cooper S

2014 Mini Cooper S Hardtop
Mini Cooper S
By Car and Driver
The Mini Cooper S is an average Mini Cooper, also known as the perfect hot hatch. However, it is also an expensive hot hatch too. It starts at around 24,000 dollars, and that is a lot of money for a hatchback. However, it is a Mini. That means that is it will do 0-60 in around 6 seconds with just 181 horsepower. It also means that is has "Go Kart like handling", which means that it is nippy around corners. With both of these elements combined, it is one of the most fun cars to drive.

3. Audi S3

File:Audi S3 Sedan (8V) front.jpg
Audi S3
The Audi S3 is a baby S4. It means that it is lighter and smaller. It also means that it has less power. However, that doesn't matter. The Audi S3 has a 2.0 T engine with 292 horsepower. If you want to make it quicker, an engine tune will make the car much more powerful. It has AWD and one of the finest dual clutch transmission. With all these factors combined, it is one of the quickest and most fun cars to drive. 0-60 is achieved at around 4 seconds. The Audi S3 is small enough for it to be nippy but big enough for it to be safe and comfortable. There are many touches in the S3 from other Audi performance models such as the flat bottom steering wheel from the Audi R8 and the optional sport's seats from the Audi S4.

4. Subaru WRX Sti

Subaru WRX Sti
The Subaru WRX Sti is pretty much the champion of world rally cross along with the now dead Mitsubishi Evo X. It is popular among Subaru fans for many reasons. One of the biggest reasons is the all wheel drive system. It is designed for rally cross. It means that driving the WRX is fun. Because of the all wheel drive system and the turbocharged engine that makes 305 horsepower, the WRX Sti is also quick hitting 60 in about 4 seconds. The best part is that is costs below 40,000 dollars, so this is a good bang for the buck and an excellent alternative to the Audi S3. The WRX is good in all conditions of driving except for rock climbing because it is too low. On dirt, snow, gravel, and tarmac, traction is maintained well.

5. Ford Fiesta ST

'14 Ford Fiesta ST (MIAS '14).JPG
Ford Fiesta ST
The Ford Fiesta ST is much different from the Ford Focus RS shown below. It is much lighter, much weaker, and has FWD. However, it is still just as fun to drive. Because it is tiny and light, you could throw it around corners. The Ford Fiesta ST is the perfect car to drive around the mountains. It is low on power as it only has 197 horsepower. It is low on weight as it weighs around 2700 pounds. It has a 6 speed manual for full control of shifts. All these features make it into a brilliant driver's car and make this car just fun to drive. To make life better, the Ford Fiesta ST starts at around 20,000 dollars, so it affordable to people who want to have fun and don't want to burn their wallet.

6. Ford Focus RS

Ford Focus RS
By Noebu
The Ford Focus RS is awesome. It is my favorite hot hatch. It has all wheel drive made by Ford's racing team, not Ford's average car team. This makes a difference as the one made by Ford's racing team is meant for track days and things like that. The Ford Focus RS doesn't just have grip though. It also has a drift mode, which car guys like me are all delighted to hear. The Ford Focus RS also has an insane amount of power compared to it's rivals in America as it makes 350 horsepower, which is pretty good for a turbocharged 4 cylinder engine. AWD, a fairly low amount of weight because it is a small hatchback, and a six speed manual that gives you control of all shifts.

7. Mazda MX-5 (Miata)

2015 Mazda MX-5 ND 2.0 SKYACTIV-G 160 i-ELOOP Rubinrot-Metallic Vorderansicht.jpg
Mazda MX-5 (Miata)
By Mario von Berg
The Mazda MX-5 is pretty much the same thing as the Alfa Romeo 4C, except for the fact that it has a manual transmission, lighter, and cheaper. The Mazda MX-5 weighs about 2300 pounds. It has a 6 speed manual that makes you the real driver of the car. It has a manual top that makes Sunday drives even sunnier and brighter.  It has a tiny naturally aspirated 4 cylinder that makes 155 horsepower in the front but behind the axles so it is technically a mid-engine car. Mid-engine cars provide better weight distribution, which is better for handling. Though 155 horsepower may not sound like much, you must remember that the Miata is light.

8. Toyota 86/ Subaru BRZ

2017 Toyota 86

By Toyota

Subaru BRZ
By Autoblog
The Toyota 86/ Subaru BRZ is the closest competitor to the Miata shown above. It has little power (about 205 horsepower). It is light as it weighs about 2600 pounds. Best of all, it has a 6 speed manual so holding red line isn't a problem anymore. It is not as quick, but just as fun to drive. If it isn't fast enough for you, boosting it is reliable since the engine is quite tough. These elements make these twins some fine driver's cars. Like the Miata, Subaru BRZ/Toyota 86 have so many simple touches that make driving better. The tachometer is in the middles so you know when to shift. The digital speedometer is easy to comprehend. The dashboard is logically lay out so adjusting things is simple.

9. Volkswagen Golf GTI

'14 Volkswagen GTI 5-Door (MIAS '14).jpg
Volkswagen Golf GTI

The Volkswagen Golf GTI is a blast to drive. It is one of the original hot hatches and is still around for you to enjoy. Though it is front wheel drive, Volkswagen was kind enough to add a special differential that eliminates understeer that is caused by front wheel drive. 0-60 is achieved in around 5 seconds, which isn't such a bad time for a little hatchback like this. The Golf also equips the right transmissions to having fun in the car. There is the 6 speed DSG automatic transmission as your first choice if you just want the speed but don't want the extensive pedal pushing. Shifting for the DSG is really quick since it is a dual clutch. There is a 6 speed manual if you are more serious about driving. The manual gives you more control of shifts and is just the better way to go if this is a weekend toy. One of the best parts about the Golf GTI is that it is more than just a weekend toy since it could be a 5 door hatchback big enough for a family.

10. Audi TT

Audi TT Coupé 2.0 TFSI quattro S-line (8S) – Frontansicht, 3. April 2015, Düsseldorf.jpg
Audi TT
By M 93

The Audi TT is a little all wheel drive sport's car made by a German car manufacture that knows what they are doing. It has a little turbocharged 2 liter turbocharged 4 cylinder that makes 220 horsepower. It also has a dual clutch transmission that ensures proper shifts that are quick. The 4 cylinder and the transmission make the TT a blast. It is so tiny and nimble that is is quite a sensation to drive. The Audi TT is one of the more fancy cars on this list. It has tons of things that make it a proper driver's car. Everything is in the center where the driver is, so the driver could focus more on the road. The dials are all easy to read. There is nothing on the center stack, which encourages the driver to look on the road and to have fun in the little TT.

9 Cars That Will you Help you Survive the Zombie Apocalypse

The zombie apocalypse will probably never happen. However, it it ever does, there are some vehicles that may come in handy when it comes to surviving the zombie apocalypse. Here are 10 cars that will help you survive the zombie apocalypse. This list will be based on fuel range, space, and offroad capability.

1. Ram 1500 Ecodiesel

'13 Ram 1500 (Street Festival '13).JPG
Ram 1500
The Ram 1500 Ecodiesel is great for lasting a long time on a full tank. There is a fuel range of about 700 miles, which will be needed during the zombie apocalypse after gas becomes scarce and refueling is dangerous. The Ram 1500 Ecodiesel has plenty of space to store your guns in the bed and in the available ram box. If you want to take passengers, there is sufficent rear seat space. Interior strage is because, mostly because of the 2 big glove boxes. The Ram 1500 Ecodiesel is available with 4 wheel drive and also has a tall ride height so it could crawl though snow.

2. Jeep Wrangler Rubicon

File:'16 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (Carrefour Angrignon).jpg
Jeep Wrangler
The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon will make sure that you could hide from the zombies. The Rubicon has a locking differential, an electronic sway bar disconnect, and a Rock Trac 4x4 system. It means you could conquer the Rubicon trail and hide up there away from zombies. The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon does not have a lot of rear seat or trunk space. However, you could go for the Unlimited model or add an aftermarket roof rack if you want. A great problem with the Wrangler for zombie apocalypse survival is the poor gas range of about 300 miles. The other problem is that the Wrangler's poorly assembled doors may be ripped off by a zombie.

3. Mercedes Benz G Class

Mercedes Benz G Class
The Mercedes Benz G Class a lot like the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in terms of looks. Everything else is quite different. First of all, the Mercedes Benz G Class will not fall apart like the Jeep. It is also more luxurious that the Jeep. However the G Class probably cannot climb the Rubicon trail, but it could survive the offroading in Moab, Utah. The Mercedes Benz G Class has a lot of trunk space and rear seat space. You could probably sleep in the car with the seats folded down. One problem with the G Class is the fuel range. It has about 300 miles of fuel range so you need to drive conservatively.

4. Toyota Land Cruiser

Toyota LAND CRUISER ZX (CBA-URJ202W-GNTVK) front.JPG
Toyota Land Cruiser
By Tokumeigakarinoaoshima
Though the gas range may be a mere 300 miles, it is practically indestructible, especially since it has Toyota's high quality assembly standards. The Land Cruiser literally is popular among terrorists because it is indestructible. You will not break down. The Toyota Land Cruiser can climb anything, maybe except for the Rubicon trail because it is too long.  The Toyota Land Cruiser is so big that you could practically sleep inside of it. With both rows folded down and some added furniture, it is practically a house for one trying to survive the zombie apocalypse. The Toyota Land Cruiser comes with an optional refrigerator and tons of storage for ammo and survival tools that may be needed when zombies want to tear you to pieces.

5. Chevrolet Tahoe

File:'15 Chevy Tahoe.jpg
Chevrolet Tahoe
One of the most popular full size SUV's is also one of the best cars to survive the zombie apocalypse with. It has about 600 miles of fuel range, so you don't need to refuel often. Like the Toyota Land Cruiser, it is tough. It is also very large. There are plenty of storage spaces. The glove box is the size of the glove box found in a Silverado, and the Silverado has a very big glove box, so big that I could fit my head inside. The Chevrolet Tahoe could also offroad. However, due to a not so tall ride height and long wheelbase, it cannot go on extreme trails such as the Rubicon trail.

6. Land Rover Range Rover Diesel

File:Land Rover - Range Rover - Mondial de l'Automobile de Paris 2012 - 003.jpg
Land Rover Range Rover
By Thesupermat

When it comes to great fuel economy, diesel is always the way to go. The Range Rover Td6 has about 600 miles of range, which is pretty good. The Land Rover Range Rover is well known for its offroading abilities. However, I don't think that it could climb the Rubicon trail because it is too long. However, because of the long wheel base, it has a lot of space inside for storage. One great problem with the Range Rover is the very questionable reliability. Though I never said reliability was part of the criteria, it is a great problem for the Range Rover. All of your offroad gear could fail on you in a heart beat.

7. Ford F150 SVT Raptor

Ford F150 SVT Raptor
By Car and Driver

The Ford F150 is great for surviving the apocalypse. However, the F150 SVT Raptor is so much cooler to survive in. Though fuel economy is unknown for the 2017 model, it is safe to assume that it is around 400-500 miles of range. The Ford F150 SVT Raptor has a big glove box, an entire truck bed, and some other compartments so it is safe to say that it has plenty of space. The Ford F150 SVT Raptor is the coolest vehicle ever. Running through the desert hitting jumps and squishing zombies at the same time will just be like all those zombie movies. The SVT Raptor could easily climb some hardcore offroad trails.

8. Ford Expedition

The Ford Expedition is a lot like the Cheverlot Tahoe. It is big, tough, and has a very good fuel range. It has about of 600 miles of range on a full tank. The Ford Expedition has 2 different versions. There is the long wheel base version and the short base version. The short wheel base one is enough to store your equipment. It is also less likely to get caught on rocks when offroading. The long wheel base is long enough to become a little house, but it is hard to maneuver when going offroad away from the zombies.

The Toyota 4Runner is one of Toyota's only body on frame SUV's. It is also one of the most capable Toyota SUV's for offroading. It is unsure whether this thing could climb the legendary Rubicon trail, but it is possible with some mods. The Toyota 4Runner has an excellent fuel range of 500 miles. The Toyota 4Runner is a good zombie car. It has a reputation for being tough and invincible. Another element that helps it be a good zombie car is that there is plenty of storage space. There are a ton of storage areas for equipment and ammo. It is also long enough for sleeping inside, put not too long for it to be useless on hard offroad trails.

By ilikewaffles11
The BMW M3 was the original sports sedan. The M3 is still one of the finest sports sedans in the market today. Being the RWD hooligan it is, pulling drifts is easy and fun, as long as you have the right settings for the steering, suspension, and throttle response. For 2015, the M3 was brought back down to a twin turbo 6 cylinder from a hefty V8 found in the E92 M3. This makes the M3 lighter and more efficient. It also makes some people cringe when they here another V8 car dead.

2. Dodge Charger Hellcat

Dodge Charger Hellcat
The Dodge Charger Hellcat really isn't a sport's sedan. It is more like the scariest sport's sedan ever. If you accidentally take the red key that unleashes all 707 horsepower and accidentally put your foot down, you will go from Los Angeles to Canada in 10 seconds. Because the Hellcat has 707 horsepower and doesn't have all the touchy traction control that the Germans have, it is scary to drive. However, if you could drive it without dying, then it is rewarding. Hearing that supercharger as you foot hits the throttle is rewarding. Feeling the shear speed match the sound of the V8 is amazing.

3. Cadillac CTS-V

The Corvette ZO6 is a desirable supercar. However, some people can't buy it because they have a family. Luckily for those individuals, Cadillac has come up with a solution. It is the CTS-V. The CTS-V has the same 635 horsepower supercharged V8 as the Z06. Though the CTS-V isn't as insane as the Corvette ZO6, it is still crazy and is more luxurious than the Corvette. It also has some cool features such as an integrated GoPro style camera that allows you to record your driving and post it on the internet and magnetic ride control that makes cornering amazing.

It you want a proper rally car, then there is only 1 option left and that is the Subaru WRX Sti. Sadly for 2015, the hatchback version was killed off. The Subaru WRX Sti is that bombastic sedan with the ridiculous wing and the loud exhaust. It has a well known all wheel drive that turns this car from all talk no action to fun. It also has a turbo charged four cylinder that makes 305 horsepower so it is quick. Subaru did a very good job for the 2015 models. The parts actually feel high quality now and the not flimsy or cheap as the previous generation.

5. Mercedes Benz C63 AMG S

Mercedes Benz C63 AMG S
The Mercedes Benz C63 AMG S isn't really a sport's sedan. It is more of a luxury cruiser. However, it you want to take it to a track day, you will not be disappointed. The C63 is a proper AMG. There is a handmade AMG V8 inside the C63 and it sounds just as mean as the other AMG motors. It is also as luxurious as the other AMG's. The interior looks nice and everything feels great and high quality. It's a lot like stuff that you find out of an S Class.

6. Maserati Ghibli S4

The least expensive Maserati you could get is one of the best. It is powered by a Ferrari V6 that makes 404 horsepower. Because the engine is made by Ferrari, it sounds great. It also The Maserati Ghibli S4 pulls, partly because this is 4 wheel drive, and partly because it has a Ferrari engine. The Maserati Ghibli S4 is a proper Italian sports sedan. Not only is it fast, but it also luxurious. The seats are really nice. The leather is legit. The trimming inside the car looks nice and feels great. Everything come together really well inside the Ghibli.

Sometimes when you are cruising done the street in you average compact sedan, you wonder why the Toyota Camry is so popular. There are very excellent reasons for this. In this article, I will be talking about why the Toyota Camry is so popular.

The Toyota Camry is one of the best selling midsize sedans along with the Honda Accord. It is famed across the world. It is a practical, reliable, and affordable, which is why it is so popular among families.

One of the main reasons why the Camry is so popular is the reliability. It is very reliable if you don't know yet. It is on consumer report's top 10 cars that will make it to 200,000 miles. My dad's Camry made it to 200,000 miles and was 19 years old before being donated to the Humane Society. Americans don't want to spend money on cars that break down all the time. They want something cheap to maintain so it they can save their money for other things.

Another reason why the Camry is so popular is because of the practicality. It is perfect for families of 4. Rear seat space is very spacious and plentiful. It means fitting adults and children comfortably is not an issue. Trunk space is also plentiful. It has 15.4 cubic feet of space, which isn't bad. It is enough for the occasional weekend Costco trip. If you need more space, you could fold down the rear seats.

The final reason why the Camry is popular is because of the price. It starts at around 23,000 dollars, which is more than it's competitors. However, it's not that much more as the difference is about 1000 to 2000 dollars. Not only that, the Camry will likely last longer than most of it's competitors, so you are getting more with the added money.

To sum it all up, the Camry is a great family car, commuter car, and a long lasting car. It matches what American buyers want. The people want a long lasting, spacious, and comfortable car for everyday use.
